Cancellation
Policy
We
always try every possible way to meet customers' requirement and
fulfill the order request promptly. Upon confirmation of an order,
cancellation by customer will incur an 20% cancellation fee. If
the order is cancelled less than 24 hours before the delivery
of service, 50% is to be charged to the customer.
Return
Policy
Can
I return or exchange the product if I am not satisfied with it?
Of
course. Little Boxes Flora & Gift offers 7-day return policy (for
gifts only and not applicable to special offer items). It is valid
for 7 days from the fulfillment date. All our products have passed
the quality test. They are carefully examined before shipment.
If there is anything happened during the process of delivery,
or if you are not satisfied with the product for whatever reason,
we will be equally upset and eager to find out why. Do contact
us and leave your contact number at we_care@littleboxes.com.sg
and we can resolve the problem together.
How
can I return the product to you?
You
have to return the product in new condition with its original
receipt and gift wrap or gift tag. Sorry but you may need to bear
the shipment charge of returning it. We will exchange for a new
product or refund you fully based on the condition of the returned
item. There may be a fee of 20% for administrative costs. Our
7-day return policy is based on mutual trust. No deception or
misuse of the products please. We reserve the right to seek legal
assistance for suspicious cases.
